Health and Safety Manager
The Health and Safety Manager plans and directs all health and safety operations which contribute to a secure working and learning environment. The Health and Safety Manager leads, develops, implements and oversees BTVI’s health and safety procedures. The Manager also ensures the continuous improvement to overall safety and BTVI’s compliance with the appropriate Health and Safety at Work legislation. 

Dean of Student Services 
The Dean of Student Services provides leadership for a variety of student services areas and functions. The Dean of Student Services is responsible for administering BTVI’s policies and procedures regarding students’ rights and responsibilities. This Dean works collaboratively with Academic Deans, instructors and academic support personnel to achieve student access, retention and success. Additionally, this Dean is responsible for managing and evaluating support service personnel and carrying out and overseeing projects and special programmes such as Service Learning, Internships, Apprenticeships, etc.                         

Dean of Construction and Workforce Development     
The Dean of Construction and Workforce Development ensures the quality and integrity of all academic functions of the skilled building and mechanical trades, workforce development and beauty and fashion trades. A member of the Academic Affairs Leadership Team, the Dean provides academic leadership, supervises instructors and related ancillary personnel, coordinates and oversees the accreditation process, works with assessment processes, explores new academic programmes and works with instructors to develop semester course schedules.

Public Relations Officer
The Public Relations Officer develops and implements marketing and communications strategies across a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities in print, media, events and online. These strategies, plans and approaches help market and position BTVI to attract students as well as partners who help raise funds for specific areas of academic and trades development and student needs.     

Director of Technical Services
The Director of Technical Services institutes and oversees protocols for the use of Information Technology across all BTVI departments and projects and provides advice on the most suitable IT choices. Additionally, this Director provides technical support or training for all BTVI systems and networks.

Manager of Physical Plant                       
The Manager of Physical Plant oversees the maintenance of BTVI buildings, equipment and grounds by planning, scheduling, supervising and performing routine and assigned work including but not limited to preventative maintenance and repair work, event set-up support and labour support for other departments.

Dean of Academic Administration
The Dean of Academic Administration is a member of the Academic Affairs Leadership Team who, along with other administrators (Academic Deans, Registrar, Dean of Student Affairs), ensures the academic integrity of BTVI. The Dean of Academic Administration is directly responsible for coordinating efforts regarding quality assurance, examinations (including the Certification Centre), faculty professional development, professional development (non-credit) courses, General Education, Dual Enrolment and student matriculation support. The Dean also chairs the Final Grade Appeal Panel.

Registrar
The Registrar maintains the academic records of all students and plans and implements the student registration process. The Registrar is responsible for keeping a record of all classes and curriculum prerequisites and corequisites, student grades and attendance records, determining students’ eligibility to graduate, planning commencement activities and preparing other academic information such as honours lists, transcripts and class rankings. A member of the Academic Affairs Leadership Team, the Registrar helps to ensure the academic integrity of BTVI.

Assistant Manager, Northern Bahamas Campus
The Assistant Manager, Northern Bahamas Campus, coordinates administrative services and functions, including accounts, supervises student recruitment, admissions and registration and serves as the EMPOWER advocate. The Assistant Manager monitors all support services, including the procurement of supplies and services, and oversees compliance requirements. The primary liaison with the New Providence Campus for routine day-to-day operations, the Assistant Manager refers to AVP Northern Bahamas Campus for final decisions as needed and is responsible for campus operations in the absence of the AVP.

The Dean of Information Technology and Distance (Online) Education coordinates BTVI’s distance education and learning support services and ensures the quality and integrity of all academic functions of the IT, Electronics and Media Technology and Business Trades programmes. A member of the Academic Affairs Leadership Team, this Dean provides academic leadership, supervises instructors and related ancillary personnel, coordinates and oversees the accreditation process, works with assessment processes, explores new academic programmes and works with instructors to develop semester course schedules.
